simons cpr head shaving?????

Someone said i could get my heads for an srx shaved for like $170 or something, is this true? When you get them shaved, is there a noticable difference in power? if so about how many mph will you gain? thanks

Shaving the head can get tricky, youre better off just removing a gasket layer or two first to see how you like it, It will make more horsepower but if it's shaved too much your combustion chanber shape will affect it and make it less eficient. Also you will have to run a higher octane fuel to compensate so it won't detonate or ping...........
