02,03,04 viper rear suspension

I just bought a 04 viper s and i weight about 210 ibs, when im riding i notice the limiter straps are snapping when the suspension is decompressing. when i sit on the sled the straps have alot slack do i want to tighten the straps so there is no slack when im sitting on the sled? Also i want to know what setups everyone is using on there front and rear for an agressive trail rider. Thanks Aaron

3/8 inch bolt showing on limiters.
Front track shock 3rd notch.
Rear suspension mount bottom hole.
Rear suspension shock ...your choice....probably 3 or 4 notch.
Front ski shocks...about 3 inches screwed up.
