Radius arm broke where I straightened it (don't try it because they are hollow and weak to begin with) and the torque on the bolt holding the trailing arm broke that off when I rounded a corner.
Good thing I was driving responsibly and not blazin' around like a fool or I would have ate a tree. It happened just about 100 yards from a gas station, and those zip ties held me in place till I got to the parking lot across the street where I parked her until I could bring my good old F350 to take her to the sled doctor for a hip replacement.
I have seen some funny stuff out on the trail including a broken trailing arm duct-taped with a tree branch splint. Wish I had a camera for that one.
I always carry duct tape and zip ties.
