Go with Hauck..He's the only one left who still has a passion for 2 stroke performance on Yamaha's..I'am sure he would say to find a pair of 600sx cylinders and bore them to 700cc's..Aaen twin pipes,V-Force or Boyseen reeds...There is a great vid on youtube of me on my 700bb that was done by Hauck Lanzi's 2/25/07..Go to that..
