I have 2000 xl 1200 ltd waverunner that foul out number 1 and 3 spark plugs,
it will run at idle ok but you when take off it will not get to full speed and foul 1 @ 3 plug limp home with plug 2 with help with choke, I have replace gas filter plus gas and spark plugs also 1 and 3 plugs look wet thanks with any help

4 stroke or 2 stroke? if it is 2 stroke might need some reeds. check for critter nests as well in the exh.
it 2 stroke no critters I will look reeds thanks
