just wondering how much hp a stock 99 srx will have? cant find any specs on it. also what manual do you use for repairs? i cannot find one for the 99 srx?
Stock HP was 135 to 138 corrected. What kind of info you after??

pretty much the basic's, like how to change the track torque spec those good things.

I think that hp reading is alittle low, I was leaning more towards the 145hp range, corrected on an average motor, around 152 on a blueprinted one
on a 98 or 99, JR??? I would say 140 tops...maybe mid 140s on a 00 or newer.

Yea i think Tom is right, pre 2000's were around 138, after 2000-02's were around 142 or so

what type of oil does everybody use? is that tundra stuff any good?

just the port I would say maybe 6 hp...you need more to give it 10...I had a 99 srx with heads cut, head pipe mod, mild porting and some reed work did 148 on the dyno...that pretty much is what I am going by and that was not really heavy porting.
