Anyone know how you can search for new and total snowfall/snowcover in an area. (other than weather.com)?

My brother and I live in Maine and decided to make a drive north into Canada after the first snowfall this year to ride.

thanks

your tax dollars at work for you . . .

I use the Interactive Maps, all you have to do is . . .
  1. Box the area you are interested in.
  2. Select the type of info (i.e. Snow Depth, Hourly Snow Precipitation) in the pull-down list under Select Physical Element on the left.
  3. Click Redraw Map
  4. Click the information button (looks like ^i) under Query.
  5. Pick the station on the map that you are interested in.
  6. Should show you a good deal of data over quite a long time period.
There is way more available on this site, but this is a real quick
