I have a '95 V-Max4 that I plan on keeping a few more years (nothing like the sound of a 4-banger). The seat cover is split and so is the underlying foam. Since I have to replace both I thought I might as well upgrade the foam to something more modern and comfortable. I know that BOSS will build me a seat, but I'm not about to spend $300+ just on the seat.
Is there a source for seat foam? Are they now multiple layers of different density?

YOU CAN GO.....
to just about any reputable auio upholstery shop and tell them what you want. I had the foam replaced on my Viper seat for about 60 bucks. Looked real good and felt a LOT better! Hope this helped you out.

It's called 'High Density' foam and yes, most places should have it, just cut to fit.
