If you don't have the rivet removal tool, what is the easiest way to remove the rivets from the secondary weights without damaging the weights ??

I grind the head off and then pound it through with a punch.

you can use a drill bit that is bigger then the rivit hole and it will rip the head right off of it without touching anything else. Then you will have to pop the rest right out. Works like a charm and I have never had any problems with hurting anything else.
