Problem with Rx-1 digital dash and rear tail and break light

I recently have a problem with my 03 Rx-1 where the digital dash and my rear brake and tail light are not functioning.

I attempted to look at the fuses and i am not sure how i remove the holder to look at the fuses. And also are the fuses that control the dash and light underneath the main 30 amp fuse?

If you could provide me with some informtation that would be great!.
