Brakin down in the midrange

Well it's my first Yamaha 97 SXVmax, and it goes ok but it seems to sputter in the mid range. Tried a new set of plugs and the gas is good.
Going to clean the carbs unless somebody has an idea of something else it could be?

Stock jetting is pig rich in warmer temps.
