...Not even close lost by at least 2/3rd a sled length every time only having enough room to get up to about 80mph. It was just for fun, I knew I was going to lose so I had to make sure we did it when no one else was watching, haha.

2/3rds of a sled length dosent sound to bad id say you have room for improvement in the traction dept.

i wouldnt feel too bad those sleds are rockets out of the hole but with some tweaking and better traction you could pull it, plus had you made it past the 80-90 MPH mark you would have started to pull ahead, the SRX has longer legs than an apex. that will be my next sled though if i ever sell my SRX, theres no denying those 4 strokes are fast.
