ok... so i have a 2001 srx 700 that is all stock except a studded track. my older brother has a 2000 zr600 efi. he's putting a black majic clutch kit in it and is totally convinced that he is gonna have something for my SRX... last year we lined them up and i looked over at him at 80mph (give or take) and gave the SRX more throttle and basically watched him go backwards... please help clear this up... it's all in good brotherly fun, but it'll eat at his *** for months... LOL

In all seriousness my money is still on you, remember there are a lot of factors involved with drag racing, traction, power / weight ratio and temperature to name a few. Stock for stock you would eat him up, even with a clutch kit, you should still take him hands down. What size lug track is he running? Studs?

i'm not sure what lug the track has but it is studded... i've ridden that sled and it is pretty quick... but its not srx quick...
Yeah exactly, not only are SRX's quick but they have long legs!
