The thumbs up snowmobile club is actively looking for anyone in the thumb of Michigan and specifically the Bad Axe area to help expand the existing trails that end in Ruth, Up to the Bad Axe area. I believe this next step of expansion would really benefit the trails and businesses in the thumb. Overall riding would be a lot more fun for sure being able to ride where there is generally good snow every year. The club and the trail system really need members to volunteer and help with layout and petitioning of future trails as well as setting up and taking down of current trail signs. Any participation would greatly be appreciated by everyone who rides these trails. Please put the word out to anyone in the area so we can make this happen.
