suspension on 98 srx700

i was wonderign would the suspension be good for doubling, im 155lbs and my gf is 105lbs? will i bottom out if i ride normal on trails? will i be fine for a ty trip?

Yikes! the two of you together weigh as much as I do by myself!

If you're running the stock suspension on your sled you will FEEL it on bumpy trails.

However, if the trails happen to be nicely groomed you shouldn't have any trouble due to the weight.

My 6' 4" opinion feels the seat is a bit short for double riding but then I might be a bit biased.

I think you are asking for a lumber wagon ride if you double up--not to mention the cramped position---I am not sure anyone will be having fun after a few miles...
