Very sad indeed.
My son normally works at the track and this year has offered to help as needed for special events. I am glad he was not there to see this. Last year he was the first to respond to an accident at Martin when a rider was thrown from a Funny Bike near the end of the track...that bike runs over 200mph and the guy was just shaken up and way lucky.
My prayers go to the rider's family.
