The bar isn't broken; but it slides back and forth 1.5-2 inches. I think its broken away from the frame based on some replies on another post.
I don't see much to work with from above. Do I get to this from under the skid-plate?

this runs through the frame, it is normal for it to have side play. as the spacers wear out the play grows. there are four rivots holding a plate over the spacers. order new spacers and replace them. takes about 20min
