The entire loop of trails 8, 5, 14, and 310 in the Marquette - Big Bay area had good snow, good grooming and light sled traffic all weekend. Stutters started to develop by Saturday night but no serious moguls.
Saw a couple moose along trail 5 which added even more to "smileage".
Trails 5 and the new trail 310 from Marquette to Big Bay are "must rides" for anyone able to visit the area. The 310 connection from Big Bay to Marquette was just put in last year to complete a much needed loop of approximately 125 miles.
