Hello!
I've installed jaws triples on a friends viper. He has emailed jaws to get a clutch and jetting setup from them. But maybe someone here runs them and have a good setup they could share?

Might be a tough one, I don’t think I have ever seen anyone running them.

Yeah, i've asked on fb to with no luck.. But got an answer from Jaws today.
Yamaha Viper 700 With JAWS PIPES
Suggested jetting - Main jet change to 152.5 sea level, or 153.8 for –10oC to –20oC, for –200C to –450C 155 jets, with cold air intake. For deep powder riding without cold air intake 152.5 to –200C and 153.8 after.
Jet needle stock clip position, but must put both plastic washers under the clip to raise the needle half a position.
Remove shelf from air box.
Drill 3 holes in the back. (2 1/2 holes)
Take off windshield/dash unit and remove both plastic air intake nozzles.
Tape both holes just under the headlights on the under side of the hood.
Clutching Primary
Levers – 8BU-10 with rivets to total 48.5 grams.
Spring – Black/Green (Dalton)
Clutching Secondary
Position 1
Stock Helix
Gearing Stock
Head Gasket
Very Important – Use extra head gasket shim, stock is 3 wafers thick (for single pipe), must use 4 (3+1) wafers for Jaws pipes. (8EK-11181-00)
Cold Hot
Operate between 8800-9100 RPM.
