Default Plug and Play LED Headlight

This for XSR 2000 which has no battery, presume AC to head light. If so will the LED work without inserting a diode to smooth out the sign wave?

Do you need the rectifier for $19.95 ?

If you tap off the factory "back up alarm" wire then you don't need the rectifier. The back up alarm has a rectifier to give clean DC voltage.

Is the 3800 Lumen version bright enough? I'm thinking of getting one.
