Can I run the Campolast Ice Cobra (1.6" studded tip) on an SX Viper?

Every single sled that I've had(Yamahas) has had their front H/E guards removed. Like Super said, throw em in a pile. Heck, if you do sell it then give them to the new owner.
With them removed, there is probably 1.75"s of clearance.
Any aftermarket track with preform 100% better that the ultra stiff OE one.
And your stock 9 tooth drivers will work too.

I was told that also.

I really appreciate your help.

There is so much contradicting information out there, its hard to know for sure what will work.

So to summarize, you are saying that a 1.5 track will work with the stock 9 tooth drivers if I remove the heat exchanger and tunnel protectors, and a 1.25 will work with the heat exchanger and tunnel protectors in place?

You can go up to a 1.75 with stock drivers. It just has a hard time with snow evacuation. A 1.5 will fit just fine and be a awesome trail track. It will hook that 121 big time on the trail! So will the 1.3 cobra (my preference)!
