I'm working on a little SRX project and have a couple questions, timing on mag cylinder with a dial indicator, what reading am I looking for?
Clutch alignment, been told 10-5/8 C to C and 5.5mm offset. Comet 108C primary. At this offset belt runs at a severe angle.
Thanks for the help.

I don't have the timing specs for you but the stock offset measurement only applies to stock clutches so with a 108 you can throw that # out the window and just move the secondary where needed to get the belt running straight.

Timing is 1.6 - 1.8 mm btdc. Op is right about the clutch. You can measure the difference or someone on here has to know. Yamaha Nutz would. A lot of people prefer the 102C over the 108. Isn't the 108 set up for a wide belt?
