Have a 93’ exciter w yellow spark not enough to get it runnin any idea what to look for could it be the tors that’s what I’ve been readin ,that seems to be a common problem with these machines

Remove plug caps and attach wires to plugs temporarily. Stator & rotor clean and not corroded?
