I just bought a nice 2004 Viper S.
Unfortunatly the guy didn't store it properly this last year and a mouse moved into the handle bar pad. There are several places where insulation is eaten off the harness and wires exposed (luckily I smelled it and investigated before something shorted out)
I looked up all the harness's over the years for 2002-2004 Vipers and they have several different numbers. (see attached)
Any idea what would all work on my 2004 S? Were there different harnesses for DCS vs non DCS?

you have to go with the 04 part as they had the heated bar controls on the bars in 04. 02-03 had them down on the dash of the sled.
Thanks. Will a Viper ER harness work and just have extra stuff I won't need?
odds are it might just be longer wiring or a different plug.
An es will work. You will need to wire your smoothing coils to the harness where a battery would normally be or your tach will go bonkers.
