My clutch on the old girl is not working right. I think the weights may be sticking or missing parts. Of the four weights only two have a hole in the end and the other two have plugs in the hole. Is this normal? I can post a pic. If I am right the weights fly out with increased rpms move the cam plate to compress the spring and grab the belt? Any and all help appreciated!

need to check all the pivot points as the bushings and pins wear out over time from belt dust and age. the bushings in the clutch cover and spider wear as well but likely plugged full of belt dust. i suggest blowing it out to see if some of the stickyness goes away or washing it with brake clean. might need a new primary spring as well as they get weak over time.
