I finally got enuff snow to go for a ride. Wondering what i should expect from a stock 1998 mm 700? At around 90 mph it would be around 9000 rmp. I didnt hold it like like that for long.

Too high for a stock 700, you are way out of the powerband.
Are you using a 8DN belt ? If so, you need heavier rivets in the tip.

Just for an example, buddy has a stock 1997 700 SX, he changed rollers to 14.5(more belt pressure), put the heaviest rivets in both holes with a washer added to tip. He still runs 8500 or so, but he has a silencer, thinned head gasket, and gutted air box with the 8DN belt.

9100 to 9200 is ok with PSI triple pipes---spun my 97 700sx at 9200 for 5000 miles---- but like said above not with stock single pipe
