Power supplies to temp sensor and low beam lights.

I'm still trying to find why my temp sensor has no voltage at the connector . I also have no low beam lights. It is a 2002 SX 700 Viper. Is there a place where there is a panel or something where I could check for power? I think I will pull the airbox, and see whats behind it. Thanks Dave-R

Sorry: It's a 2002 SX Viper 700. It is in very good condition, other than the temp alarm and the low beam lights are not working.
