Hi. I have for a long time read that a newer secondary clutch ,fitt vmax 500 1994.
What year should i look for,to put on my sleed? Is there some more parts i need to change ,when putting on a newer clutch?

Do i need something more than the secundary clutch? Like driveshaft or somehing from gearbox?

here is how to put secondary from any sled but fx nitro and sr viper onto your sled.
all you need is a secondary and some time at the machine shop. will be doing the mod at some point when i run out of secondarys to fit.

No, Not if you use the 95/96 Vmax secondary. You will need a longer retaining bolt and spacer. Either go to hardware store for a longer bolt and make the spacer (easy) or buy new/used from 96-99 Phazer.
Use any other Yamaha secondary of this type and you will have to modify spline depth and offset as Maim is showing with that link.
95/96 Vmax 5/600 secondary is correct for your 94.
