Stripped bolt help

Replacement skid is so close I can taste it. Unfortunately the bolt for the rear shock stripped when I was tightening it to spec.

Wondering if I should leave it be or try and replace it.... Worried about leaving it then sometime down the line it wiggling free which would be disaster.

Have tried reversing it back and forth, torquing it at an angle, and grabbing with vice grips and pulling while loosening...

Any suggestions?
