Finally got it going. 136 hartman kit with drop brackets and custom rear cooler. getting xtc shocks for the front so its not so snow plow-ish

I think i might be picking up some xtc front shocks for it this week to get the front end up a bit. hartman kit is really nice, and Tom at hatman inc is very very helpful

That's my boys sled. Had a good time doing it too. She definately gets with the program.
1. 136 Hartman rail and tunnel extension
2. 136 Ripsaw (cat quiet track)
3. CB performance drop brackets
4. 1 layer removed from head gasket
5. Bender can
6. Carbon Tech reeds with notch on stainless stops.
7. 20/40 gearing
8. All fresh skid bearings.

EDIT: The Bender can is gone and PSI triples are in it now.

He decided to dethatch the yard with his sled the day we took those pictures. Tore the livin p!ss out of the grass. Yea ......... It's pretty fun !!!

Swap out the short trailing arms and spindles for the longer Viper or standard V max versions. This will raise the front at least 1", plus add your longer shocks for an additional 1".

Use viper spindles and spindle arms with spacer is cheapest way to raise the front.

He ended up putting Viper shocks in the front. He had to order bushings or something that wasn't very much $ to install them. I'd venture to guess it raised the front by an inch or so.
