Buddy of mine has broke VForce reeds and says chunks of pedals may be in crankcase. Will they be fine and just blow out the exhaust or does he got to tear into motor to clean?

The idea behind non metal reeds was that if the do fail and get injested they will just get chewed up and spit out. A buddy of mine is an outboard mechanic and he's shown me what happens when a stainless reed goes through a motor it's not pretty.

honestly, my buddies blaster 200 motor ate a set of v forece 3's and spat them out no problem. if its been long enough for you to notice they were missing, they have probably already gone through and out the pipe. yes its not an ideal situation..... but in reality its not that big of a deal when dealing with composite reeds. i will agree with the stainless steel ones on outboards, that aint pretty.

Not sure about the v force but my dirt bike eat a stock reed petal and spit it out without doing any damage to the engine.
