1. can a 3'' rise on the handlebars need new cables?
umm for now im gonna get a articulating bar riser and i want tapered handle bars. i need a good deal tho cuz i dont want to spend over 200$ and i can get the sportech diamond plate handgaurds brand new for 35 bucks on ebay. so will ya guys help me on this. any companys that sell the stuff cheaper or does someone want to sell me some stuff?
