So this past winter my son's knees where almost touching the handlebars of his articcat mini..... I know he will only have one more season at most before he is going to look like shak on a pocket bike... what have you guys used as a "next step" type sled? He is 8yrs old now but would be 9 by the time he would transition up.....

Sno-scoots n sports are cool, but rare and expensive! A 250 enticer or bravo would be the next step I would think. They are cheap and you should be able find one fairly easy!

My son was on an 89 Inviter at 10 y/o.
Sno-Scoot or a Bravo. I had my son on a Bravo for quite a few years then to a Phazer.

my first sled was a bravo when i was super young, then onto a phazer, and early teens an exciter 2. I remember the phazer being real hard for me to steer and i hated it at first.

My son drives my wife's sx vmax 500 around the yard now and he is 6. He also has a mini 120 that he rides all over the yard but always wants to ride the bigger sleds. I hope he will be able to handle the sled on his own next season. Then I can get my wife a newer sled. We took our son to a camp ground to ride his 120 and he did very well. If I can I will try and download his video at the camp sites.

The 250 Enticers are a good bet too. Here's a Inviter in Berlin if you & your son are looking for a project.

I have noticed there are a good number of long track Enticers around your neck of the woods.
