Need help. Can't get my noteifactions

When I go into my noteifactions it come up as invalid private message.

Can you explain more? You are not getting notifications from the site?

Hi, when I am in my menu on my phone and hit the notification option. It goes into it and there are messages there. When I hit one of the messages it clicks to next screen and it says Invalid private message specified contact adminstater. Thanks
