I have a 2000 SX700R stock with 1.125 lug track and bender clutch kit. 9760 helix black with blue strip primary spring.secondary spring is stock wraped at 80. engagement is at 4200 shift at 8500 runs well to about 85 mph then goes flat. would the 4.5 rivets diffrant rollers decrease wrap help this set up

80 degree wrap & the 1.125 track kill top end. I had a 1.125 track on my RX-1 & lost 12 mph.

thanks Turk, would you back off the wrap or just leave it alone?

I ran mine at 80* and it was horrible from 75mph and up. Dropped to 70* and the sled ran real good to about 90mph. Dropped to 60* and this seems to be agood point for both good up and back shift. I run stock springs w/ 51/43 helix.

Thank Turk, I use his set up. I would stick with stock gearing myself but it all depends on what you are trying to achieve. The best way to figure out what your sled needs is to change 1 thing at a time and see if that corrects the problem. Change your wrap, easy project, and see if the sled does what you need.
