What grip range of rivets do guys generally use for general use their sled chassis? I'm going over my 98 SRX checking for loose or missing ones and will be ordering rivets but am wondering if the 3/8" max range will be all I need or if I should go with the 1/2" ones.I'm replacing ones in the front heat exchanger,the tunnel bracing,the panel on top of the front of the tunnel and anyplace else I find a loose rivet.I'm concerned about the 1/2" grip range stavex rivets where they are listed as being for 1/4 to 1/2",if the part of the stem will only break off at a minimum thickness of 1/4".

The 1/2" stavex might be a bit much. I use the 3/8" ones.

The "bucked" portion of the rivet should be 1/8".
