I can't seem to get the drive axle out of my 99 SRX. Does the chain case have to come right off? Do I have to pull the bearing on the pto side? Do I have to move the drive sprocket on the pto side? It took me about an hour and a half to change the track on my polaris 700, but this has got me stumped.

Have you checked out the tech section of this site? There is a very detailed explanation on how to replace your track. It's really not that hard of a job. Soc
