Do they still make the Billet tuning fork 7" and 5" idlers for the srx? looking to find a set... If not, where would I find a set of billet wheels to fit this ol girl.
Not sure if Yamaha has them any longer but did you try to google them... I thought the company that did them was in WI someplace.

can't seem to find them, Is there any kits you can buy that include two 7" and four 5"

Yes those are the ones, I've found them on eBay also but in the item discription I do not see it being capable for the srx.. Will they fit?
As long as the 7" ones have the 6004 bearing and the 5" ones have the 6205 your golden.
