I have a 2000 SXr 700 & I need to know what the sheave center distance would be from center of primary to center of secondary. Also need to know what the sheave offset would be.

268.5mm c to c, 15mm offset.
Once the offset is adjusted & the secondary is bolted back on, how much free play should there be on the secondary. (Move meant of secondary back & forth on the shaft.)

From memory a good 1/8" or so

I rode a whole weekend once without the secondary bolt. I noticed it once we were out about 100 miles. I found the bolt on my bench at home. My point is, as long as you have at least 1/8 - 1/4 freeplay you should be good. I wouldn't recommend running without the bolt.
