Can I mount vm 38 single carbs on my 01 sxr 700?

Short answer is yes but you need to work out the throttle lever throw. Because it's designed to work with the cam on the carb rack it will not open the single carbs all the way as is

I'm looking into the 38mm racks off a xcr 800 now. Is that what you switched to after the tmx?

Just a weird question on my part. Doesn't your motor set up come with a dual carb set up?

No I had more work done to the engine and now have lectrons. Look up sideshowBob. He put xcr carbs on his
