I'm looking for info on how this fuel pump works and why It won't push the fuel.
I took the Air box off and disconnected the fuel line going into the pump and hooked up a small fuel bottle directly to the pump so I could rule out the lines going from the Gas tank to the pump. I put about 12 OZ in the bottle and pulled it over 30 times and nothing getting to the carbs. So this pump needs Vacuum to push the fuel?? ( I think) does anyone have a diagram of this pump? I can tell which hoses go to the carbs that's easy . Where does the other 2 lines connect to the crank case for Vacuum? The sled just up and died on me last year and this is the first time I've had to look at it. It's got great compression and will start with a half pull if I dump gas in the cylinders.
Thanks in Advance

One of the two lines goes to the oil pump, the other would be the vacuum line that goes to the crankcase. You can test with a vacuum gauge like the mighty vac or take the pump apart and see if the diaphragm is cracked or has a hole in it.

Pluse line going to motor case and then to the pump might have a crack in it. Making it loose vacum.

Thanks , do you know where on the crank case the line attaches?
