Does anyone have a favorite method for removing the factory Yamaha rivets? Better to drill or use a cutoff tool?

Hard to do sums it up, Ive drilled and cut and sheared. Sheared is bad as it tends to oval out holes. Best is a sharp drill bit and a punch for me and a cut off wheel on back side when you can get to it and a punch is second choice.

Air chisel on the inside of whatever you're removing. Then swap out the chisel with a fine point punch and shoot them out. I've done 3 skid swaps and multiple tunnel extensions, tunnel braces, etc. showed MrSled and he laughed his aRse off lol!

I usually do what super1c does when I do them and can get the drill at them.
