Has anyne ever done a carb swap on this model or similar? Am looking to utilize a Mukuni carb. Got sled- no carb on it. Thanks

Yea I have switched to a Keien carb on all my GP sleds. The twin carbs were not user friendly and a single did the job. I had a Mikuni on my SL396 and it worked great. Every year I would have to use compressed air to remove a spider from the main jet but it worked great.

Do you recall what Mukini carb it ws? Jetting? Thanks
I used a 32mm single mikuni on the 433 I had, that stupid butterfly kehin was junk, as were most of the butterfly carbs I have worked on over the years. I had a intake boot from another sled that fit, but couldn't close the cover properly anymore which sucked. The carb was off a 440 sled, so the jetting was darn near perfect

Got sled running- running well. Now need seat foam and the metal cover that covers fuel tank. Anyone have??
