I'm looking at 2 sleds. One is an 05 RX1 with 13000 km ,looks good in pics and a 06 Nytro with 10000 km ,looks good in pics. The 06 HAs a ski doo suspension ,with a good track and Fox floating shocks on front. The 05 is mostly bone stock ,but with aftermarket skis. The 06 is 400.00 more. Both sleds are a good price. Which is the least hassle free sled? What should I look for with both of them? Any input appreciated.

13k vs 1k. no discussion needed
I had a 05 RX1 with Mono Shock, I loved it, drove it for 2 years and had Zero problems other then the cable to adjuster broke. The only main problem that I am aware of on the early Vectors was the cam chain guide and tensioner issues that can cause engine damage if it fails.

Ok so the edited 10k makes a big difference. very different machines. Should log into the four stroke forum and read up.

Yeah. Totally different sleds. The deciding factor is what you want. They're equal depending what you're going for. Like Mac Said Log onto The non-smoking side and do some reading. Figure out which one fits your needs. Apples and oranges

The rx1 has the updated suspension and will have a lot more power than the nytro. The nytro would be less of a hassle and be nicer if your not a hard core rider

the rx is more of a trail sled vs the nitro but the skid might have fixed part of that. the nitro is more rider forward that the rx seating position and taller as well. both work really well and usually have very few problems. you will have to choose the one that suits your riding style/comfort better as that is what is important.
