New pistons...is this normal looking?

These holes look terrible in my opinion. Are these good to run?

Those holes don't look round. Does that look like someone enlarged the holes with a dremel hand held tool?

For the general public I wouldn't worry about it since there isn't any sharp edges. Since you seem to be blueprinting your motor... the odd shaped hole could change performance. The Wiseco and OEM have perfectly round holes where the Hauck pistons have a rectangular opening. Flow testing through that hole is going to answer how it will affect performance.
 
Agreed that out of round hole wont affect much. You should weigh each piston, rings, wrist-pin, circlip assembly. Then remove material inside the pistons to match the lightest assembly so they weigh exactly the same.

Hauck square boost port. This port matches the cylinder boost for max performance.
