Filter Foam under the instrument cluster

I have a 99 Venture 500 that I picked up last year. The "foam" or whatever you wish to call it below the instrument cluster is almost non-existent. I cannot find this stuff in any of the parts diagrams I have looked through.

Where can I find replacement "foam", or what can I use in its place?

You're looking for the long foam thingy under the gauges on an sx? I think I still have one in the garage with a nylon son sock over it. Assuming I can find it you can have it
