So I bought the mounts from Royal and something isn't right won't work
Do I need a different ski rubber or aluminum mount?

what is the issue? I know when they first come out the part numbers were incorrect. My first set I had to make a shim about 3/16 thick from lexan under the rubber. This style is actually for the pogo style spindle if that is what is going on. a later set I got had the correct height for the stock rubber. you want neutral pressure on carbide. These skis do not need to be tipped back to avoid darting.
I have no saddle for the skis I guess

Instructions say to use 1/4" spacer
But that still lets the ski hit the trailing arm too easily
