Anyone ever put better boards or snow eliminators on their 1999-2001 phazer 500? Neither place make parts for that specific model.

never done that sled in particular, but similar sleds using the same chassis platforms. read that as mtn maxes, vmaxes, etc. same tunnel and board dimensions less the coolers.
cant say much about better boards, seems they dont want to put much effort into custom fits unless something has changed in the last few years. what i have done with snow eliminators is give them a given width front and rear over a specified length and they can get you somewhere close with a stock board specific to another brand. seems like polaris gen II's were a close match on the last one. worth a call.
simply measure a forward point on your running boards and you should be just under 6" on that sled. from there, measure back at 12" and 16" to establish a taper and relay your numbers to snow eliminators. he will have a very close fit to what your trying to do.
best part with the pz is you dont have heat exchangers to deal with. a bit more tricky on the l/c sleds.
