Hey Guys I just picked up a 1.25" Camoplast rip-saw track I got the thing at a garage sale and it was to good of a deal to pass up... I currently have a 7/8" finger track on it right now and the machine goes really good and that track is in great shape and it really doesnt need to be changed. So I'm in shambles now I don't know what to do.... I ride with a lot of bigger newer machines and I really don't want to make mine any slower than it already is is this going to affect me too much if its heavier I'm assuming this will hook up better no studs in either track. Am I better off with what I got? I cant find any info on the finger track about how much it weighs I believe this new track weighs about 39# And is it a really pain in the *** to change? I remember changing a track on my srx and since it had the 4 drive clogs the inside of the chain case had to be removed and it sucked any opinions are appreciated thanks guys

If you don't really need it why change it? Keep it as a spare. If you're struggling to hook up and you're fed up, that's a different story. I don't think the rip saw would slow you down much.

Don't change unless you have to. if you want better traction then I would change it.
