How do you guys install rivets in weights?

I got the old ones out with my press but I'm wondering if pressing the new ones in is the method of choice. Hammer?press? Other?

Shop press if you have one. They don't need to be mutilated just peened enough so they are tight and clearance in the sliding sheave.

I use nuts and bolts with the heads of the bolts thinned down and the nuts cut down so they clear.A drop of Loctite keeps the nuts from coming off,and if you can't get the bolt light enough just drill the centre out of it.

Leather mallet works great and doesn't damage the rivet..
